CAN YOU REGISTER NEW BIKE UNDER YOUR NAME? (FOREIGNERS)
Step 1: You will need paper of purchasing, paper of bike quality from the seller/dealership.
Step 2: Make a photocopy of the purchased paper, go to the tax paying agency, print the tax out, go to the bank to pay the bike’s tax. (Address is 1398 Dong Van Cong st., Thanh My Loi Ward,Thu Duc City)
Step 3: After paying tax, go to the police station in Thu Duc City to get vehicle registration, pay the fee and register the number plate . This step requires Identification Card, Passport, TRC.
Step 4 : After register the plate you will also get number plate for the vehicle , another two weeks from then you will get the blue card of the bike you purchased.
